Order Processing

At Shleyatenia, we strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible. All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Please note that business days are Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM PST. Orders placed after 12 PM PST on Friday or over the weekend will begin processing on the following Monday.

Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

We offer various shipping options to meet your needs. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. They are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Shipping times may be affected by public holidays or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5-8 business days for domestic orders.
  • Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2-4 business days for domestic orders. (Available at an additional cost calculated at checkout.)

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. You can view the exact shipping cost for your order during the checkout process before confirming your purchase.

We are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping on all US orders over $50.00 USD.

For orders under $50.00 USD, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

International Shipping

Shleyatenia is proud to offer international shipping to the United States (US) and the European Union (EU).

International shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the destination and the weight/dimensions of the package. Please be aware that international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and other fees levied by the destination country. These charges are not included in the shipping cost and are the sole responsibility of the customer. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information.

Estimated delivery times for international orders vary significantly by destination but typically range from 10-20 business days after dispatch.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number. You can use this number to track the status of your package directly on the carrier’s website.

  • If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or refusal of delivery, you may be responsible for re-shipping fees.
